KM Design undertook this full gut and renovation project to create a comfortable home for a young family to move in to. The renovation involved; three new bathrooms, new laundry, new floor and wall finishes throughout, new lighting throughout, kitchen refurbishment and personalised bedrooms for all family members including a granny flat with kitchenette for visiting guests. Natural materials such as stone, spotted gum timber and brass were a focus of this project, as was creating an enhanced sense of light and space by utilising skylights, wall lights, pendant lights and new glazed doors and windows.
